Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 16 and over. Proof of age may be required.
Employees of Waterside Quarter vendors and the Shanly Group of Companies are not permitted to enter.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their entry by 13th July 2025.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. The Prize
One winner will receive seven £20 vouchers, each redeemable at a different participating venue at Waterside Quarter, Maidenhead.
The total prize value is £140.
The winner may select the seven participating venues of their choice, subject to availability.
Each voucher must be for a different venue.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random the week following the closing date (after 13th July 2025).

The winner will be contacted via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Waterside Quarter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. General Terms
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Waterside Quarter and participating vendors reserve the right to amend or withdraw this competition and/or the prize at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
