Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 16 and over. Employees of participating vendors may not redeem a stamp card themselves. Only one stamp card may be redeemed per person for the duration of the promotion. Only the first 200 applicable submissions will receive the voucher.

2. How to Participate
Visit five (5) different participating businesses by 31st August 2025. With each in-house purchase or service, request a stamp from the vendor. Each stamp must be from a different business; multiple visits to the same vendor do not qualify for additional stamps. Once you have collected 5 unique stamps, take a clear photo of the completed card and upload it via the designated form on this page.

3. Voucher Redemption
Upon verification of your submission, you are invited to visit any of the participating vendors to redeem your £10 digital voucher, on receipt of your completed passport being handed to the business. The £10 voucher may only be used in whole towards an in-house purchase at any one participating Waterside Quarter vendor. Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts. Vouchers must be used by the end of September 2025.

4. General Conditions
Promotion ends on 31st August 2025. Stamp cards submitted after this date will not be eligible for a reward. Lost, damaged, or incomplete stamp cards will not be accepted. Waterside Quarter and participating vendors reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of the promotion (e.g., counterfeit stamps, multiple submissions) may result in disqualification. By submitting your stamp card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to being contacted in relation to the promotion.
