Global fitness brand F45 arrives in Maidenhead this Autumn
International training brand F45 is coming to Maidenhead with a new state-of-the-art studio in Waterside Quarter this Autumn. With a functional approach to training geared towards everyday movement and designed to unify muscle groups, F45’s newest studio will soon enjoy a Grand Opening, complete with high energy classes, food, fun and the studio’s resident DJ.
Locals already familiar with F45 will relish this new franchise opening closer to home, while new starters can benefit from its purpose-built studio, integrated technology, customised training systems and functional equipment, including kettlebells, battle ropes, weights and rowers. Ahead of the opening, F45 will be sharing updates and offers on social media, including the exclusive opportunity to secure the lowest ‘Lifetime Membership’ rate.
Founded in Sydney Australia only nine years ago, F45 now has over 1,750 studios in 45 countries across the world and is backed by celebrity shareholder Mark Wahlberg. F45’s intensive 45-minute workouts and a 45-day challenges offer a mix of high-intensity interval training HIIT and circuit style workouts that are played across all studios.
