Maidenhead Christmas Light Switch On

Maidenhead’s town centre will sparkle with festive cheer as the annual Christmas Light Switch-On returns for a day of seasonal fun. Browse vibrant market stalls filled with local makers and independent traders, enjoy freshly cooked street food, and sip on a warming mulled wine as you soak up the joyful atmosphere.

Children can enjoy the funfair rides while live music and performances bring the High Street to life. From carol singers and street entertainers, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. As evening falls, the Christmas lights will be switched on, followed by a brilliant fireworks display to round off the celebrations.

During the festivities, why not take a short stroll over to Waterside Quarter and warm up with a hot chocolate or winter treat at Cocoba? It’s the perfect cosy spot to relax and feel the Christmas spirit. Or, to round off your perfect festive day, treat yourself to dinner at Bombay Story at Waterside Quarter, where you can enjoy authentic Indian cuisine bursting with flavour and festive warmth.
