This August, we’re delighted to welcome Live and Local: Summer Sounds to Waterside Quarter, in partnership with Maidenhead Festival, returning bigger and better than last year!

Join us for a free, feel-good afternoon of live acoustic music, refreshments, and family fun, right by the water in the heart of Maidenhead. It’s back, bigger and better than last year. After a successful launch, this year we will be closing the road outside Waterside Quarter to bring a bigger stage, more space for the audience to enjoy the music line up, and more entertainment throughout the afternoon.

What to Expect

Set against the relaxed riverside backdrop of Waterside Quarter, this special one-day event brings together some of Maidenhead’s most talented local musicians for an afternoon of sunshine and live music. Unwind and soak up the summer atmosphere as a selection of acoustic artists take to the stage, delivering a series of laid-back, feel-good performances.

From soulful singer-songwriters to talented instrumentalists, enjoy a laid-back mix of acoustic performances that capture the spirit of summer.

Come for the Music, Stay for the Atmosphere

Find a spot to sit back, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a refreshing drink from Bardo Lounge’s pop-up outdoor bar. Indulge in something sweet at Cocoba Café’s ice cream stand, while little ones stay entertained at the free craft station.
