Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Waterside Quarter, Maidenhead (“the Promoter”).

 

Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents only.
• Entrants must be aged under 12 years
• Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the entrant.
• Employees of Waterside Quarter and participating venues, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

 

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the official Waterside Quarter colouring sheet.
• Entries must be submitted by uploading a photo of the colouring sheet to the entry form.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• Entries must be received by midnight 13^th September 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

Entry Requirements

• All artwork must be the original work of the entrant.
• Entries must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, or invalid entries.

 

Judging & Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation.
• The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Prize

• One winner will receive a £100 voucher to spend at a Waterside Quarter venue of their choice.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Voucher usage is subject to the individual venue’s terms and conditions.

 

Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the competition closing date.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use the entrant’s first name, age, and submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media, website, and print), without additional compensation.

 

Data Protection

• Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
